Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Bethany, OK is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center. Location and schedule Monday-Friday, with compensation of $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience.

While a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we will consider therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands. Our program offers mentorship toward CHT, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and student debt relief.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited occupational therapy program.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapists and supervise assistants and aides.
• Stay current with occupational therapy research and apply evidence-based practice.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment from evaluation to discharge.
• Build positive relationships with centers and staff to expand patient referrals.
