Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited program required.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist necessary.
• Experience in upper extremity orthoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care 100% of the time.
• Conducts comprehensive evaluations for appropriate care.
• Documents treatments and progress in patient records.
