Responsibilities

• Operate jitterbug/orbital sanders to smooth surfaces.
• Inspect materials before and after sanding for quality.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily output.
• Maintain consistent sanding techniques for uniform finishes.
• Identify defects and take corrective action.
• Change sandpaper and maintain tools for optimal performance.
• Keep the work area clean and organized per safety policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate quality or production issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE.
• Cross-train in related production tasks as needed.
