100 Wilsonart LLC in Temple, TX is seeking a Sander Operator Helper for night shifts in the Sanding department. You will retrieve materials, position them with a table lift, and run the sander per specs to produce finished laminate pieces.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use a micrometer.
• Able to operate a lift truck safely.
• Attention to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve pressed material from breakdown holding area.
• Operate table lift to position material to be sanded.
• Activate feed line, edge routing, and end cut.
• Insert laminate into the sander and cut to size.
• Adjust machine controls and monitor operation.
• Inspect material against specifications for defects.
• Document material waste and maintain logs.
• Provide on-the-job training to department personnel.
