Sheridan in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for finishing/bindery. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, with a 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3 PM.

No prior experience in printing is required; training provided to build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
