Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain all sections of the machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and equipment.
• Interpret work instructions and record production data accurately.
• Show initiative and seek productivity improvements.
