Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Hand Deburr / Blasting Operator in Carol Stream, IL. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and the chance to work with stainless steel parts in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation is $20.50 per hour, paid weekly, with a 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm. A comprehensive benefits package and safety gear are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• Reliable with good communication skills.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Basic knowledge of micrometers and hand tools.
• Ability to lift parts weighing more than 10 lbs.
• Willingness to learn grinding, deburring, and blasting procedures.
• Steel-toe safety shoes required.
• Safety glasses with side shields required. Company-provided glasses are available; prescription safety glasses must meet OSHA standards and include side shields
• Hearing protection is mandatory; earplugs are provided

Responsibilities

• Grind and deburr stainless steel parts using handheld tools and equipment
• Operate blasting equipment by positioning parts inside the machine and monitoring the process through a viewing window
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate machinery and assist with cleaning, moving, and lifting parts
• Routinely sit and handle parts weighing under 10 lbs.; occasionally stand and lift parts weighing 10 lbs. or more
• Follow all manufacturing safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for Hand Deburr / Blasting Operators to join our team in Carol Stream, Illinois. This is an entry-level position with training provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well, and is comfortable working with stainless steel parts in a manufacturing environment.

Pay, Schedule, and Location
