Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Hand Deburr/Blasting Operator in Carol Stream, IL, to oversee a fragrance filling line and supervise production staff on a 1st or 2nd shift.

You will train workers, monitor line efficiency, coordinate with safety and quality checks, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Prior line lead experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus. This is a fast-paced role with weekly pay and benefits.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with line functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production line employees, rotate lines weekly, and report to the Shift Supervisor.
• Train employees on line functions and ensure proper staffing with approvals as needed.
• Load/unload boxes and pallets, wrap pallets, and maintain clean work area.
• Coordinate with offices and warehouse for supplies and quality checks.
• Perform quality checks on lot codes, labels, and fill volumes; monitor line speeds.
• Minimize downtime, manage changeovers, and ensure safe start times.
• Complete line clearance checks after each run.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HAND DEBURR/BLASTING OPERATOR IN CAROL STREAM, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Line Lead to oversee filling production lines and guide production employees. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or line lead experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $18-$19/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 12:30pm
• Located in Carol Stream, IL

(Salary range based on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee production line employees, rotate lines weekly, and report to the Shift Supervisor
• Train employees on line functions and ensure proper staffing, with staffing changes approved by the Shift Leader or Supervisor
• Load and unload boxes, bottles, and skids; lift up to 50 lbs. and wrap pallets as needed
• Coordinate with office and warehouse personnel to ensure adequate production supplies
• Perform quality checks on lot codes, labels, and fill volumes against lab samples
• Monitor line speeds and production through the Vorne Production Monitoring Unit
• Minimize downtime and ensure efficient changeovers and start times
• Complete line clearance checks after each production run
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience on a fragrance filling line or prior line lead experience in manufacturing

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to learn and perform all production line functions to train others
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
