With soon to be 10 locations across New York City and the Hamptons, New York Pilates is building the future of boutique fitness. We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager and people-first leader to scale our operations while preserving the exceptional experience our students know and love.
As Regional Manager, you'll lead the operations of one of the fastest-growing boutique Pilates brands in the country. You'll oversee 5 studios in NYC and 5 studios in the Hamptons, develop exceptional leaders, drive revenue growth, open new locations, and help shape the future of New York Pilates. Competitive Pay:
$100,000–$130,000 base salary plus performance bonus and additional expansion incentives tied to successful new studio openings.
