Job summary

BuildForm is a luxury residential design-build firm serving the Hamptons and the East End of Long Island. You will be the central point of communication between project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients, providing day-to-day administrative support for our operations.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, multitasking, detailed record-keeping, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction coordination or related role.
• Ability to quickly learn new software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communications to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and reports.
• Use Google Workspace to track, share, and present project information.
• Learn and implement new project management and construction-related software as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between field teams, management, and clients for updates.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; alert stakeholders to risks or delays.
• Support procurement by tracking orders, deliveries, and vendor communications.
