The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage staff and cover costs while ensuring quality and guest happiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Titans: Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff. Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
• Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.
