Job summary

Always There Personnel in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Hammer Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate forging/hammer equipment, set up machinery, and monitor production on a 2pm-10pm shift.

This full-time role requires lifting heavy materials, working in a hot, fast-paced environment, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while following safety procedures and production guidelines. Previous metalworking or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or metalworking experience is preferred.
• Experience operating industrial machinery is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial forging/hammer equipment.
• Set up and monitor machinery during production.
• Shape and form metal parts according to specifications.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other production duties as needed.
