Job summary

Express Employment of St. Croix Falls, on behalf of a Osceola-based manufacturer, is seeking a Hall Operator with production experience.

You will operate a variety of production equipment to meet quality standards and production scheduling requirements, and you will rework products according to work instructions or non-conforming material tags. This role requires manual handling of reels up to 200 pounds, adherence to safety procedures, and accurate documentation.

Job description

Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola that is currently seeking a Hall Operator. Candidates for this position need to have production experience. Candidates will be running a variety of production equipment to make a quality product meeting customer requirements and production scheduling requirements. Reworking products per work instructions or non conforming material tags.

Hours for this position are 4pm to 12am Mon-Fri and pay is $20/hr

Essential Functions

• Safely operate a variety of equipment (example: re-spoolers, jacket stripper) simultaneously to produce quality product
• Follow set-up requirements
• Rework product per work instruction on non-conforming material tags
• Manipulate and transfer reel of material weighing upwards of 200 pounds safely
• All other duties as assigned
