Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a growing wire manufacturer in Osceola who is hiring for a Cable Operator position.

Candidates will need to demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, and adaptability in order to succeed in this fast paced environment. Job duties include setting up, operating, and performing preventative maintenance on the cabling process, viewing production schedules on computers, and assembling die components with conductor materials.

• 1 to 2 years previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and perform preventative maintenance on cabling process.

• Assemble die, spreader plates, reels of conductors, insulating materials.
• Order raw materials from the material handler as needed.
• Perform and document all quality inspections as required.
