• Follow all shop cards, HF-015 procedures, VSW instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Operate punch presses and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload parts and materials from presses and assembly equipment.
• Use air or suction tools when required.
• Apply adhesive and assemble components as needed.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and separate defective or nonconforming products.
• Complete required production paperwork throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including 5S activities.
• Assist in other production areas as assigned.

Position Type: Full Time

Position Summary: Production Operators perform light to medium manufacturing work in a fast-paced production environment. Employees may work in punch press, molding, adhesive/shear operations, assembly, finishing, inspection, overtender, or washer feeder areas.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Follow all shop cards, HF-015 procedures, VSW instructions, and safety guidelines
