Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Medical Interpreter Certificate required; National Medical Interpreter Certificate preferred.
• Healthcare interpreting experience 2–3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interpretation for patients and families in medical settings.
• Collaborate with auxiliary interpreters for comprehensive service delivery.
• Provide sight and written translation of materials related to care.
• Document interpretation encounters and coordinate scheduling as needed.
