Responsibilities
- Teach and assess Hairdressing & Barbering programmes to learners.
- Develop schemes of work and learning resources.
- Monitor learner progress and conduct academic reviews.
- Ensure compliance with awarding bodies and college standards.
- Engage employers and promote programme participation.
