Position Overview

The Salon Technician provides professional services related to hair, nails, and skin care, reporting to the Salon Manager or Desk Manager. This nonexempt role requires a creative, motivated, and passionate stylist eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

1. Meet or exceed personal service and retail sales goals.
2. Acknowledge clients promptly upon arrival.
3. Build and maintain a client base through recruiting and customer service.
4. Provide quality services and recommend appropriate retail products.
5. Respond professionally to customer concerns and complaints.
6. Maintain good communication with clients and team members.
7. Participate in ongoing education and training.
8. Ensure personal and salon cleanliness and organization.
9. Adhere to State Board Regulations and salon policies.

Qualifications
