The Cosmetic Beauty Advisor reports to the Sales Team Manager/Store Manager and ensures the execution of Belk's standards within their store.

Responsibilities

1. Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrate excellent selling skills, execute promotions, drive customer clienteling, and work with management to optimize business.
2. Customer Service: Meet or exceed service goals, handle transactions efficiently, provide high customer satisfaction, and build a customer base.
3. General Responsibilities: Maintain store standards, unpack merchandise promptly, set up promotional signage, follow system procedures, maintain professional appearance, cooperate with staff, and accept additional duties as needed.
