Bosley HairClub is hiring stylists to provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services in private styling rooms. You will consult with clients, educate them on hair care and Bosley HairClub solutions, and recommend products tailored to individual needs.

Join a team with an established client base, a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, and ongoing training. Benefit from medical, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off, maternity/paternity

Qualifications

• Current active cosmetology license in state.
• Strong cutting and coloring skills.
• Excellent client consultation and communication.
• Ability to work with clients one-on-one.

Responsabilités

• Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and Bosley HairClub solutions.
• Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
• Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

• Strong earning potential: Start at $24/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional Bosley HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.
• Paid specialized training: learn Bosley HairClub solutions, products, and techniques that expand your expertise.
• Room to grow: develop through our Stylist Leveling Program and ongoing training.
