Job summary

Unilever PLC in New Jersey (Hoboken) seeks a seasoned project leader to orchestrate flawless innovation plans for a North America category, coordinating end-to-end supply chain design and on-time, on-budget delivery from Start Gate to launch. You will drive cross-functional decisions and maintain rigorous project time plans using MS Project.

Expect 4+ years in Supply Chain or R&D with new product development, strong MS Office skills, and a solid manufacturing understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Supply chain or Engineering preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or R&D with NPD experience.
• Project management skills; working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing, moulds and assembly for personal care products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain design for designated category in North America.
• Own and maintain project time plans; coordinate cross-functional inputs.
• Guide sourcing strategy with capacity and capability planning.
• Prepare gate documents and risk assessments for project delivery.
