Job summary

Unilever PLC in North America seeks a capable project leader to orchestrate flawless innovation plans from concept to launch. You will drive end-to-end supply chain design, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and cost efficiency across USA and Canada.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong scheduling, and collaboration with global teams to ensure successful project delivery and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply chain or Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain or R&D with NPD.
• Strong project management skills and MS Project/MS Office proficiency.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, moulds and assembly for personal care products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage innovation project plans from Start Gate to implementation.
• Maintain and own project time plans using MS Project, and drive timely delivery.
• Lead Supply Chain activities to implement sourcing strategies with proper capacity.
• Collaborate with Strategic Planning and Finance for complexity reduction and cost analysis.
• Prepare gate documents and decision papers for the Unilever Innovation PM process.
