Job summary

Remington College is seeking a HACR with Smart Technology Instructor for our Fort Worth campus. You will educate students eager to train as HACR technicians and report to the Campus President.

Responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans, teaching and evaluating students, supervising tools, and participating in faculty meetings and professional development. EPA certification and 3+ years HACR experience with smart tech are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration with Smart Technology.
• Experience with smart controls and green technologies.
• EPA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans using industry-standard education approaches (multimedia, adult learning).
• Teach courses, instruct and evaluate students, track attendance and grades.
• Participate in faculty/staff meetings, in-service activities, and graduation ceremonies.
• Supervise and monitor students' use of tools and equipment.
• Observe and evaluate student work and provide feedback for improvement.
• Administer tests to measure progress and training effectiveness.
