Job summary

Elite Career Institute of Texas is seeking a passionate HVACR Instructor to deliver classroom instruction and hands-on training, guiding students toward successful careers in the HVACR industry.

The role involves mentoring adult learners, preparing lesson plans, ensuring safety, and staying updated with industry standards and certifications. This as-needed substitute position supports our technical education programs and lab-based learning environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification (EPA 608 required; NATE certification preferred).
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of HVACR industry experience.
• Light woodworking construction experience beneficial but not required.
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.

Job Description

As an HVACR Instructor, you will teach and mentor students in all aspects of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems. You will provide classroom instruction, hands‑on training, and curriculum support to help prepare students for successful careers in the HVACR industry.
