Job summary

Remington College, a non-profit institution, is seeking a dedicated HACR with Smart Technology Instructor for our Fort Worth campus. You will report to the Campus President and lead students through hands-on HVACR training.

The role involves lesson planning, classroom instruction, student assessment, and active involvement in campus activities. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration with Smart Technology.
• Experience with smart controls and green technologies.

Responsibilities

• Preparing lesson plans using industry-standard education approaches (e.g., multimedia, adult learning methodology).
• Teaching courses as assigned, instructing and evaluating students, developing students’ skills and encouraging growth, and tracking their attendance, performance, and grades.
• Participating in administrative activities (faculty/staff meetings, in-service meetings, graduation ceremonies, professional development).
• Supervising and monitoring students' use of tools and equipment.
• Observing and evaluating students' work to determine progress, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements.
• Administering tests to measure progress and evaluate training effectiveness.

Education/Experience Needed:

At least three (3) years’ experience in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration with Smart Technology.

Experience with smart controls and green technologies.
