Job description

Description

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented and driven to consistently meet and exceed expectations. They must also possess excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming internet and phone inquiries and outbound phone calls and campaigns.
  • Ensure all inquiries are followed up on time to maximize every opportunity effectively.
  • Gather accurate information and manage and track all prospective clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to properly handle customer questions and requests.
  • Properly handle inbound calls.
  • Make 50+ quality outbound calls per day.
  • Send 50+ emails daily.
  • Able to set several appointments daily.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives.
  • Desire and ability to work in a performance and process-driven environment.
Position Hours

Part-time position

1 pm - 6 pm

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a team player, willing to learn, and able to be coached towards success.
  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Spanish required.

Additional Requirements
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • You will undergo a background check.
  • You understand that the 401K company match has an annual maximum amount.
  • You understand that earned vacation time is based on the total time of continual employment.
