Job Details:

Summary: This role involves performing physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems, accurately documenting and calculating results, taking corrective actions when necessary, and reporting to management. All team members are responsible for safety, including personal safety and food safety.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. HACCP Certification preferred or must be completed upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats industry or related QA experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skills in completing Tyson paperwork, motivating team members, problem-solving, math, and organization.
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications.
• Ability to work under stress and adapt to work where and when needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
