Construction Foreman Duties

The Construction Foreman will lead multiple crews on various construction tasks and sites simultaneously. Responsibilities include assessing project status independently, reporting to project managers and supervisors accurately and promptly, and actively performing tasks with crews.

Hourly wages will range from $30 to $35, based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with irrigation installation, programming, and monitoring controllers
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (backhoe, trencher, skidsteer, front-end loader)
  • Previous experience as a foreman or crew lead, with planning and supervision skills
  • Ability to assess and report on construction projects independently
  • Experience with electronic logs/reporting
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk on slopes/uneven terrain, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean record over the last 3 years
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working with environmental consultants
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Qualified Applicator’s License (QAL)

Salary: $30-35 per hour
