Summary:
The Incumbent, reporting to the Director of Construction, shall oversee construction projects, including new build and rehab properties within the scope and budget requirements and construction schedule. The Project Manager will be a single point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and Habitat staff regarding project details from Pre-Construction through completion. The Project Manager will also work directly with both the Director of Construction and the Director of Operations to maintain accurate record keeping for projects and their various components. This position will be primarily office based but will require some daily travel to various construction sites to assist with project management.
