Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Habilitative Program Administrator (HPA) to join the Washington State Clinical Team in Vancouver, WA. The role focuses on creating and overseeing habilitative plans for adults with IDD within the Supported Living Program.

You will develop assessments and PBSPs, train staff, and partner with program directors to implement plans while coordinating data in Therap and tracking due dates for person-centered planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with IDD.
• Experience with writing functional assessments and PBSPs for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, or challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee habilitative plans for adults with IDD in the Supported Living Program in Vancouver.
• Create Functional Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) from direct observations and meetings.
• Train team members on plans and program implementation.

Job Description

The Habilitative Program Administrator (HPA) will serve as a member of the Washington State Clinical Team, creating and overseeing habilitative plans for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the Supported Living Program in Vancouver

• Use information and data collectedthrough direct observation and meetings with individuals supported to develop Functional Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Develop Individual Support Plan Programs for individuals oncaseload
• Train team members on plans and program implementation
• Partner with program directorsto implement support plan programs
• Using electronic data collection system (Therap), review dataand compile reports for other members of support team on behavior and habilitative goal progress
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets for relevant due dates and person-centered planning meetings
• Keepup to date on all relevant state policy changes
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders outside the organization, i.e. guardians and DDCS partners

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Must have a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work, or other related discipline. Will also consider candidates close to finishingmaster's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Experience with writingfunctional assessmentsand positive behavior support plansfor individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, mental health,and/or challenging behaviors
• Strong administrative skills with demonstrated experience
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train and mentor support teams
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred
