Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of supervisory, training, vocational services, or related experience.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to safely transport consumers and staff as needed.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing operational needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned habilitation crews and worksites to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, review, and maintain Site at a Glance (SAAG) documents and work schedules for assigned sites.
• Train, coach, and support Crew Trainers and backup trainers to ensure compliance with customer expectations and program standards.
• Conduct regular quality assurance visits to monitor productivity, quality, safety, and consumer support.
• Review staffing assignments and coordinate scheduling adjustments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of required documentation, reports, and training records.
• Assist trainers with troubleshooting consumer, staff, vehicle, equipment, safety, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with Case Management, Human Resources, Operations, Safety, and other departments to support program success.
• Provide transportation support and serve as a backup Crew Trainer when needed.
• Supervise assigned staff, promote professional development, and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Maintain CARF compliance and support organizational safety initiatives.
• Foster positive customer relationships and address concerns or service needs promptly.
