Job summary

Force Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer/Machinist to program, set up and run HAAS milling machines on a first shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM).

The role focuses on prototype and short-run work, Mastercam programming, and ensuring high precision through GD&T and in-process inspection. You will work hands-on across programming, setup, machining and troubleshooting, with duties including tooling selection, setup verification, and quality control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC milling experience preferred.
• Mastercam programming experience.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to independently set up and run jobs.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Experience with HAAS CNC Mills.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate HAAS Milling Machines.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T.
• Determine tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.
• Set up jobs and verify machine offsets.
• Machine prototype and short-run parts.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
