Job summary

Force Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer/Machinist to join our team on 1st shift. You’ll program, set up, and run HAAS mills on prototype and short-run projects, using Mastercam and GD&T for tight tolerances.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC milling experience, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to read blueprints and fixtures, and a proven track record of achieving quality parts on time. Starting pay is $32/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC milling experience preferred.
• Mastercam programming experience.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to independently set up and run jobs.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate HAAS CNC Milling Machines.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T.
• Determine appropriate tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.
• Set up jobs and verify machine offsets.
• Machine precision prototype and short-run production parts.
• Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections.
• Use micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Make program and offset adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot tooling, programming, and machining problems.
• Maintain required dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
• Work independently while meeting production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
