Exact Metrology: A Division of In-Place Machining Company seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate Haas machining centers and turning centers, using G&M code and Mastercam. Join a first-shift team in a safety‑focused shop that values precision and craftsmanship.

You read blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, and maintain tight tolerances while collaborating with engineers to optimize processes. Strong math and inspection skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred).
• Strong G&M code programming skills.
• CAM experience (Mastercam preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials.
• Solid inspection and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Floor: Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers and turning centers
• Program with Precision: Use G&M code and Mastercam to transform complex designs into reality
• Create with Confidence: Select tooling, develop machining processes, and maintain tolerances to ±0.005"
• Inspect Like a Pro: Conduct quality checks and document results with accuracy
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges
• Stay Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
