Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating HAAS-controlled CNC mills and lathes.
• Proficient in Mastercam 9; ability to hand code CNC programs.
• Extensive knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials.
• Must provide and maintain personal precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Plan machining operations by reviewing orders, drawings, and GD&T.
• Program CNC machines; set tool offsets and reference points.
• Set up CNC equipment with tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
• Design fixturing and tooling for efficient manufacturing.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce precision components to specs.
• Inspect in-process parts; troubleshoot issues and adjust processes.
• Maintain documentation for production, inspection, and machining.
