Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Master CNC Machinist to independently take a job from engineering blueprint to finished part. The role requires hands-on Mastercam programming, Haas machine operation, manual machining, and strong setup and inspection skills.

This is a non-entry level position where candidates must demonstrate proven capability to produce precision parts with minimal supervision while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining experience from print to part.
• Mastercam programming proficiency required.
• Experience with Haas CNC machines and manual mills/lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
• Experience with manual milling/turning is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Develop CNC toolpaths and programs using Mastercam.
• Set up CNC mills and lathes with fixtures, tooling, and offsets.
• Operate Haas equipment and manual machining tools to produce parts.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts with appropriate measuring instruments.
• Perform deburring and finishing operations as needed.
• Maintain job travelers and production updates in the ERP system.
• Meet production schedules while upholding quality and safety standards.
