Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Master CNC Machinist to take a job from engineering blueprint to finished part. The role requires hands-on Mastercam programming, Haas CNC machine operation, and strong manual machining skills.

The successful candidate will independently set up machines, prove out programs, troubleshoot issues, and inspect parts to tight tolerances while meeting production schedules in a confidential manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on CNC machining experience from print to completion.
• Mastercam programming experience is required.
• Proven experience operating and setting up Haas machines.
• Strong blueprint reading and drawing interpretation.
• Experience with manual mills and lathes.
• Ability to set up, prove out, troubleshoot, and inspect parts independently.
• Strong understanding of tolerances and quality control.
• Commitment to quality, on-time delivery, and safe machining practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Develop CNC toolpaths and programs using Mastercam.
• Set up CNC mills and lathes, including fixtures, tooling, work offsets, and program prove-outs.
• Operate Haas CNC equipment and manual machining tools to produce precision components.
• Troubleshoot machining issues independently and maintain required tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring instruments and verify conformance to drawings.
• Perform deburring, surface grinding, and other finishing operations as required.
• Maintain accurate job travelers and production updates in the ERP system.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining strict quality and workplace safety standards.
