Global Medical Response seeks an experienced HAA Pilot for a full-time role in Harrisburg. The position leads base pilots, coordinates schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations, and supports mission planning for HAA/HEMS operations.

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 2000 hours.
• 1500 hours helicopter time.
• 1000 hours helicopter pilot in command.
• 500 hours turbine time.
• 100 hours night unaided or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate.
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating.

Responsibilities

• Leads and trains base pilots; coordinates with Regional Director of Flight Ops on schedules.
• Coordinates flight planning activities and resources for mission support at the base.
• Conducts local area orientations for new hire pilots.
• Manages aviation activities for public relations events.
• Submits payroll grids and maintains monthly flight/duty logs.
• Monitors weather and forecasts; ensures safe aircraft operation per Rotorcraft Flight Manual.
• Performs preflight checks and notes discrepancies for maintenance.
