Job summary

The Geneva Foundation is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) based in Hinesville, Georgia, to establish effective training programs aimed at enhancing personnel's physical performance. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications, along with at least three years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant strength and conditioning work experience.
• Ability to lift and manipulate loads up to 45 pounds.
• Tier-1 government background investigation/check as a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, execute, and manage strength and conditioning programs.
• Brief Geneva and site leadership on necessary improvements.
• Collect performance data and report findings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any accredited field

Current NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification
