Job summary

Guardian Defense Group Inc. is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Contractor to support H2F programs in the Fort Drum/LA region. You will design and administer training to maximize physical performance and reduce MSK injuries for brigade personnel.

Qualified SCCs must hold NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCC, possess a Bachelor's degree, CPR/AED certification, and strong English communication. You will QA programs, report progress, track progression, coordinate courses, and implement FM 7-22 compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• NSCA CSCS certification or CSCCA SCC certification required.
• Current CPR/AED certification with American Heart Association or American Red Cross emblem.
• English reading/writing ability and effective communication with Soldiers.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and endure training in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Participate in program QA to ensure alignment with standards and provide recommendations.
• Attend periodic meetings to report on training progress with leadership.
• Track Soldier progression and suggest improvements for the H2F system.
• Coordinate scheduling of facilities for courses and training programs.
• Develop and execute strength and conditioning programs per FM 7-22 H2F guidance.
