Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach to join the H2F Implementation Team at Fort Eustis, VA. The SCC will advance Soldier readiness through evidence-based programming and injury prevention, collaborating with HIT and Brigade teams.

Role requires 25–50% travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites, delivering standardized instruction, developing content, and advising Army leaders on integrating strength and conditioning into operations and training calendars.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, Physical Education, or related discipline.
• CSCS from NSCA or SCCC from CSCCa; RSCC designation preferred.
• Minimum five years of Strength and Conditioning experience with athletes at NCAA/OLYMPIC/pro teams.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to travel 25–50% (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Current Basic Life Support with AED; not just online CPR.
• Ability to teach effectively in classroom and field settings.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Teams; able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HIT and Brigade teams to educate personnel on Soldier readiness.
• Educate on integration of physical training with health, missions, calendars, and rhythms.
• Develop SCC content and implementation plans based on unit needs.
• Attend site visits and deliver standardized H2F instruction.
• Support integration of strength and conditioning into training and schedules.
• Maintain certifications and participate in required training.
• Travel 25%–50% to CONUS/OCONUS sites for meetings and training.
