Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) at Fort Eustis, VA seeks a Strength and Conditioning Coach to join the H2F Implementation Team.

You will train Brigade H2F Performance Teams and Army leaders on standardized H2F doctrine, with emphasis on injury prevention and performance optimization. The role requires 25%–50% travel across CONUS and occasional OCONUS locations, instructional content development, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to integrate conditioning into training schedules and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, Physical Education, or related field.
• CSCS certification from NSCA or SCCC credential from CSCCa.
• RSCC designation preferred.
• Minimum of five years of strength and conditioning coaching with athletes at NCAA/olympic/pro levels.
• Military experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers with AED.
• Must read/write/speak English effectively.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Teams.
• U.S. citizen; able to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HIT and Brigade teams to educate personnel on readiness.
• Educate integration of physical training with health and mission calendars.
• Develop and deliver H2F content and instruction.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites for implementation and training.
• Support ongoing H2F program improvements and learner outcomes.
