If you have 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, along with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality, we invite you to apply. We are looking for full-time H2B Seasonal Managers with an estimated visa start date of April 1st, 2027 and a visa end date of October 31st, 2027.

THIS IS AN H2B IN-COUNTRY EXTENSION WORKER POSITION LOCATED IN PETOSKEY, MICHIGAN.

Bay Harbor Yacht Club, a private club located near Petoskey, MI, provides breathtaking views and exceptional service for both guests and members year-round. Job Duties:

• assisting the management team by supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations and activities of workers in the Club's dining outlets to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Will collaborate with team members to coordinate events and dining services
• Oversee daily set up and teardown for designated areas
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to maintain culinary and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Respond to member inquiries and feedback
• Fostering positive relationships with members and visitors
• Participate in staff training and development to enhance team performance
• Support inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Creating staff schedules and assigning sections and side work
• Opening and closing the dining outlets.
