Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Support Specialists delivering daily service to Inspira account holders for pre-tax products like HSA and FSA, plus COBRA and Commuter Services.
• Coach and develop team members through 1-1 meetings, trainings, and performance feedback to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor and improve service levels, quality metrics, and survey KPIs through data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with phone-related metrics: schedule adherence, attendance, and After Call Time.
• Share account-holder insights with Senior Manager, Product and Sales to drive product enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Digital, Account Management, and Operations teams.
