Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Support Specialists to meet service levels and KPIs.
• Coach, develop, and 1-1 sessions; lead team meetings and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with phone metrics, schedule adherence and attendance.
• Share client insights with Senior Manager and other teams to guide enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage employee relations matters as needed.
• Address escalated client issues and coordinate with IT and management for improvements.
