Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinates in gypsum production and improve productivity.
• Oversee quality of products and plant operations.
• Identify and correct maintenance issues affecting productivity.
• Record shift activities for quality, maintenance and personnel.
• Maintain safe working environment through training and inspections.
• Coordinate shift training to maximize productivity.
• Ensure accurate SAP production reporting and material inventories.
• Enforce plant work rules and attendance policies.
