Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is hiring a Maintenance Superintendent for our Gypsum Plant in Fletcher, Oklahoma. You will lead the maintenance team, champion safety, and drive continuous improvement in reliability, quality, and production while aligning with PBM philosophy.

The role requires supervising maintenance activities, coordinating with production, and promoting a culture of ownership and accountability. You will mentor staff, identify hazards, and ensure timely problem resolution to support plant

Qualifications

• Willing to follow safety rules and wear safety equipment.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or military settings.
• 2 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of CMMS ( computerized maintenance management systems ).

Responsibilities

• Lead gypsum maintenance team to operate in a safe, continuous manufacturing environment with PBM philosophy.
• Supervise/coordinate maintenance efforts to improve EHS, reliability, quality, production and cost.
• Support production processes to optimize manufacturing operations and deliver value.
• Develop team skills, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote safety and compliance by involving employees and identifying hazards for mitigation.
• Monitor craft quality and guide crew members to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Provide safety training to crew members.
• Enter data and generate reports.
