Job summary

AO Multispecialty Clinic is seeking a motivated Medical Office Assistant to support daily operations in a multi-discipline clinic. You will handle scheduling, new patient referrals, records preparation, and pre-op paperwork to ensure smooth patient flow.

Candidates should have medical office experience, knowledge of medical terminology, basic computer skills, and a willingness to adhere to HIPAA and OSHA policies. CMA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lab orders and result management.
