• Design lesson plans and organize individual and group activities by participant level.
• Monitor and instruct clients to ensure safe equipment use and minimize injuries.
• Conduct orientation and skill assessments to set realistic goals.
• Maintain communication with parents and gymnastics students.
• Oversee program participants and support staff to manage a dynamic program.
• Schedule private lessons and group activities.
• Develop grassroots data for business plans for management review.
