Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field required or preferred.
• CSCS or SCCC certification required.
• One year of strength and conditioning experience; CPR/AED certified or obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strength and conditioning program for selected sports.
• Collaborate with sport coaches, athletic trainers, and administrators.
• Supervise strength and conditioning staff and oversee facility operations.
• Coordinate return-to-play and rehab protocols with athletic training staff.
• Manage training schedules across performance facilities.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
